Nick’s New Private Online Booking Link for VIP Plus!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this today. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with a condition that I will need to take a more active role in her recovery. Along with this, I will need to spend a bit more time on the business to keep true to our promise of providing a high level of service to every patient. Therefore, I will be slightly reducing my hours seeing patients going forward and will not see any new patients for the next 3 months or more.
I still love treating patients so I will never reduce to a clinic owner only role. This will allow me to better serve my current patients. We now have two very experienced physios in Luke and Kevin that also are a great fit for our culture. This is easily the best team we have put together, which has made it easier for me to make this decision.
To make this easier to implement, we have created a private online booking link for a select few patients. I will no longer be available to book online through the regular link on our website/facebook page. I would appreciate it if you would not share this private link with your friends, but encourage them to use the regular link or to call the clinic. I would still love your referral of friends and family to our clinic, however, I will just help review their case rather than perform each individual treatment session for them. Kevin or Luke can be their primary physiotherapist.

To thank you for being such a great patient over your time with me I have added a $5 discount to every appointment you have with me going forward. This will automatically be deducted from my usual fee for you at the clinic.
