Below Is the initial summary of the services we offer. More detail will be available soon.

For players that have previously done the throwing program, it is advised that you book your first session as the ‘throwing assessment’, not the review session. You will receive a discount on this session and only need to pay the ‘deposit required’ at booking. You will receive the new updated programming features as well as have access to the rapsodo reports and videos for the year. All new players will need to pay the additional $18 at a later date.

Throwing Assessment

Includes up to 20 throws with video analysis and velocity/data (rapsodo or coach radar)
Review will be complete within 72 hours with report of performance leaks and injury risks identified
Initial program provided with access to video instruction on corrective exercises/drills
Individual instruction on these drills provided during review and progress sessions
Performed at the Grand Slam Hitting Facility in Caringbah
Throwing sports currently included:
- Baseball, Softball, Cricket
- Future sports: Javelin, Waterpolo, Discus, Shot Put, Highland Games
Cost – New Players $87 with Physiotherapy private health insurance claim available
- Previous players: $69 with Physiotherapy private health insurance claim available
Short period allocated for live throwing assessment –
- 30mins allocated for review and programming at a later time/day
- Review and programming to be sent out within 72 hours

Follow Up Assessment and Treatment (Review and Progress Sessions)

Throwing based session
- One hour of warm up and training
- Each player will practice their specific drills with coaching cues where needed
- Individual instruction on these drills provided during review and progress sessions
- Each player will progress to new drills when indicated with player progression
- Small group- max of 4 players only per session
- Instruction and assistance on correct warm up procedures
- Performed at the Grand Slam Hitting Facility in Caringbah
- Throwing sports included:
  - Baseball, Softball, Cricket, Javelin, Waterpolo, Discus, Shot Put, Highland Games
- Cost – $39 with Physiotherapy private health insurance claim available

Physical Assessment (Physiotherapy based Assessment)

Complete history taken on patient/athlete’s current condition
Where applicable, diagnosis made with treatment management plan delivered
Complete physical exam of key areas relating to rotational power and any corresponding injuries
Refer on for further imaging (X-ray, MRI etc) or Specialist surgeon when indicated

Hitting Assessment

- Includes up to 10 hits off a tee, 10 off live pitching with video analysis and velocity/data (rapsodo or coach radar)
- Review will be complete with 72 hours with report performance leaks and injury risks identified

  - Individual instruction on these drills provided during review and progress sessions

Testing Without Review
- For Throwing testing
  - $15 for up to 25 throws with rapsodo
- For hitting testing
  - $10 rapsodo hire with hire of hitting lane at grand slam facility
  - 1hr of hitting
Online Programming (Telehealth)
- Includes up to 20 throws with video analysis and velocity/data (rapsodo or coach radar)
- Review will be complete within 72 hours with report of performance leaks and injury risks identified
- Initial program provided with access to video instruction on corrective exercises/drills
